Use of the site
Eligibility
Access to bet-ind.com and participation in any game offered on this platform, including the aviator game, is permitted solely to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are legally permitted to engage in online wagering under the laws applicable to them. By accessing or using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Residents of states where online wagering is expressly prohibited must not register or place wagers on this platform.
Permitted use

Account responsibility

All content published on bet-ind.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, the design and presentation of the aviator game interface, software code, and the overall look and feel of the site, is the exclusive property of Bet India or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international intellectual property treaties. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any element of this site constitutes infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under Indian law.
Limited licence to users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Bet India grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, or create derivative works from site content; publicly distribute content obtained from the site; or reverse-engineer any software forming part of the aviator game. Any licence not expressly granted herein is reserved by Bet India.
Trademarks
The name "Bet India", the bet-ind.com domain, and all associated logos and service marks are proprietary trademarks of Bet India. Nothing in these terms grants you any right or licence to use these marks without our prior written consent. User-submitted content such as reviews or feedback remains your property, but by submitting it you grant Bet India a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use and display that content in connection with operating and improving the site.
Limitation of liability

The site and all content, including access to the aviator game, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Bet India does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Results generated by any game on this platform are produced by certified random-number generation systems; Bet India makes no representation regarding expected returns or outcomes.
Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bet India, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site or the aviator game, including losses arising from failed UPI transactions, connectivity disruptions, or data loss. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
